A female role model

I was thrilled to see a TED talk from an Icelandic woman and financial entrepreneur, Halla Tómasdóttir, surface on Twitter today.

I was thrilled that an Icelandic woman had been invited to talk at TED (no Icelandic male has done so (yet)), I was thrilled because it surfaced on my Twitter network and caught me by surprise and I am thrilled that it is about finance and $$$, something hardcore and typically male oriented.
